Above is the existing floorplan.  We intend to remove the internal wall in the bath/laundry area, and to move the wall between the bath and storage room about 2 and a half feet.  From this we'll create a master suite with a large bath, walk-in closet, and a moderate sized bedroom as below.

The tub is a 'Rainforest 96' Steam shower. When it's done it should be a nice place to relax after a hard day.
